AGREEMENT OF TERMS:
By visiting, using or ordering from EventTicketUSA.com, you expressly agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions and to adhere to these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations governing this website.
This agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any court of competent jurisdiction sitting within San Diego County, California, will be the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement. You hereby waive any argument that any such court does not have jurisdiction over any dispute or that the venue in any such court is not appropriate or convenient. EventTicketUSA.com will be entitled to its court costs and reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses incurred in any litigation brought to enforce any term of this agreement. In the event that any check, credit card or other form of payment you tender to Us is declined or refused or if you fail to pay for any tickets or services, We shall be entitled to its costs of collection including court costs and reasonable attorney fees and expenses.
INDEMNITY:
You agree to indemnify and hold us and (as applicable) our subsidiaries, affiliates, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by you and/or any third party(s) due to or arising out of your use of this website or breach of this Agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
REFUND POLICY:
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection. EventTicketUSA.com will not issue refunds or exchanges after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. Policies set by promoters, venues, teams and theaters prohibit EventTicketUSA.com from issuing exchanges or refunds.
A refund of the purchase price will be given for cancelled events only. To qualify for a refund, the buyer must either return the unused tickets to EventTicketUSA.com if paid by cash or a check, refunds to electronic tickets will be issued automatically. Shipping charges and the fee of $3.00/ticket are non-refundable. Postponed or rescheduled events may be refunded upon request.
Lost/Stolen Tickets:
EventTicketUSA.com is not responsible for any lost or stolen tickets purchased from its sites. In the case of a lost or stolen ticket, EventTicketUSA.com will do its best to contact the event coordinators and resolve the issue. EventTicketUSA.com makes no guarantee that lost or stolen tickets will be replaced by the event coordinators and will not refund the ticket price to the buyer.

EventTicketUSA.com is an independent, privately owned service of selling tickets for concerts, sporting events, theatre and others.
EventTicketUSA.com is not affiliated with promoters of the events for which we list and sale tickets.
EventTicketUSA.com shall not be liable for any occurrences that may arise during the event.
EventTicketUSA.com liability is limited to the sale and delivery of tickets for the event.
